From the car park Mure in the center of Umhausen you hike through the meadows in the direction of Farst, at the junction to Östen you continue on the path straight to the chapel "Maria Schnee". From there through the hamlet of Lehn-Platzl and under the "Engelswand" over to Tumpen. Maria Schnee is a baroque building with a great rococo decoration. On 5th August snow should have fallen there. The population interpreted this as a sign of a church building. For its 200th anniversary, Maria Schnee has been extensively renovated and is now a popular pilgrimage and coveted wedding church.
